Our global graduate program

We search for passionate graduates with extraordinary technical and emotional capabilities to release their potential in order to contribute to BSH´s transformation.

Therefore, we offer you an exciting journey to discover BSH and yourself during our 12-months Global Graduate Accelerator with many opportunities for experience-based learning. You will work in a diverse team on a business relevant challenge as well as getting to know different departments in Germany and abroad. We will support your development by trainings and through providing you an inspiring network in order to enable you to positively influence your surrounding with fresh ideas and behaviors. An experienced mentor will advise and support you additionally throughout your training period.

The countries are offering the graduate program for different focus areas. You can choose one of the following four focus areas, depending on your education, interests and availability.

Business Administration

Everything we do is meant to improve the life of our consumers. That is why we are always thinking about consumer journeys and how our brands and corporate designs can support our goal.

IT & Digital Services

At BSH, we know that digitalization is not just about technology. It will continue to reshape the way we live and work. That is why we are continuously adapting and improving the way we work and collaborate – we want to shape the digital future.

Requirements of the Global Graduate Accelerator

  • Holding a Masters' degree or comparable (at the time of the program start in September)
  • Intercultural experience (working or studying abroad)
  • Affinity for and first knowledge about digital trends
  • Excellent English skills
  • Depending on the country you are applying to knowledge of the country language (see country specific job ad)

If you are at the starting point of your career, we are happy to receive your application between 1st and 28th February 2022. The Program always starts on September 1st of each year.

The program is offered for the following countries and different focus areas. You can apply to more than one country. During the program you will be based in Germany and one station abroad. After finishing the 12 months program, you would hold a follow-up contract with the country you applied to and return there for a final job position.

STEP 1

The application opens February 1st. Please upload your CV in our recruiting tool and complete an online assessment by February 22nd! You will get feedback in early March.

STEP 2

If you pass the first step of the recruiting process, we will invite you to upload a short video in March in which you answer some questions. Here we are looking forward to get a better picture of your personality and passion.

STEP 3

After you have successfully completed the second step, you will be invited for a virtual call. At this point you will get the chance to meet colleagues from BSH of your home country.

Lastly, you will get an invite for the virtual selection days taking place on the 16th and the 18th of April 2024.
